6th Outage in 4 Days

Our neighborhood has lost internet for the 6th time over the course of 4 days at random hours.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hello user_3arl5m! Thank you so much for sharing the experience you and the neighborhood has been having with the frequent interruptions. The Xfinity Forums is probably the best place for help, but I'm terribly sorry that you and your neighbors have been dealing with these issues! 

As @EG (thanks EG) mentioned are these interruptions showing on our Status center website of in the Xfinity app? I want to make sure that if it's an issue impacting a number of people that our network maintenance team is aware to make any needed repairs on their side asap. 

Do you have any other Xfinity services that are impacted at the same time when the internet goes out? I know this can cause a huge inconvenience especially if you need to work from home, or have kids home from school and need some for of entertainment! 

I would love to dig into this with you and help make sure that we don't continue to have ongoing interruptions!
