Unused equipment not showing up to start a return

I keep receivingvtext messages to return an unused streaming box and I would love to do so. I have always found the folks at this forum much quicker and way more efficient than phone calls. So, I come here again to see if there is some way to lower my bill. It went from $188 to $237 and that is more than my budget allows. I got rid of all my equipment last year and started using just Xfini

Received cancelation notice I didn't request

I have received 2 emails notifying me that Xfinity has received my cancelation request. I didn't request any cancelation. I live in an apartment so I assume someone in trying to set up service and using the wrong address. I need assistance to ensure my service isn't disconnected.

Peacock Activation
