Xfinity is a scam, cannot cancel

Today I filed a BBB claim and plan on pursuing legal action if not immediately resolved. 

Xfinity is impossible to cancel. I called on 5/19 to cancel service. After declining five offers to stay, I was told it would be cancelled and received a confirmation email, however the service stayed on. On 5/24, I received a bill for the upcoming month and was still connected to internet. I called back after having no luck with the live agent on chat, and was told it was an internal error, that he would cancel service and that the bill would go away. None of that has happened. This company seems like a scam and I’m sick of spending time canceling over and over with no real results. Other than BBB and legal action, any ideas? The news? I know reporters!
