Can't watch purchased season 4 of Yellowstone

I purchased season 4 of Yellowstone and episode 4 is not showing. Called Xfinity several times with no clear answer, except that the show Yellowstone has an outage. This sounds made up to me . I've never heard of such a thing as one tv show episode outage. Went through all the Bs to no avail.

Hi, I've been having a problem where I get a message that reads "This channel is temporarily unavailable" when I try to watch several channels. I've tried rebooting my cable boxes and have done a system refresh, but the problem persists. How can I get this resolved?Thanks

I cancelled my account over the phone on 11/22/2021 and received an email confirmation of the service being terminated on 11/23/2021. Xfinity Steam on Samsung TV not working
