Xfinity Mobile is a scam
Xfinity Mobile, you all are frauds taking advantage of a loyal customer, that been with Xfinity Mobile for a while to scam me. It all started when customer services tricked me into getting a free phone, but little did I know that you all had lied to me just to make a dollar. You all didn't tell me that the phone was a promotion and I have to keep it for 20 months and if I deactivated it I will have to pay the full amount. It's gets worse, the so call free phone that you all tricked me into is a horrible phone and it's sad that I can't deactivate that horrible phone because of a promotion that you all failed to tell me about.
