Comcast rejecting emails from a dot club email address

Just got 400 mbs and an XB6 gateway.Speeds drop off from 350-400 near the modem to 10-15 mbs at end of house. Need suggestions to at least get to 200 mbs. Network adapter on desktop says wi fi speed up to 54.5 mbs.Would that be my limit and I would have to hardwire ethernet?
