I use Xfinity wifi pass from home all the time. For the past 2 days it hasn't been working. It's not even appearing on my available wifi.

I made a purchase for the wifi pass a few days ago and money was taken off my card for the wifi pass and I'm unable to connect to the WiFi and when I try to sign in it says that my account is not active, so why is it that money was taken off my card for the wifi pass but I can't access it?

Just wondering if anyone has ever used a wifi booster with xfinitys wifi now pass and if it works well? Moved to a new apartment/room and the signal is kind of weak at times, so wanted to try a booster but not sure how it’ll work with having to login into my wifi now pass.

Reporting a down Hotspot is not an easy matter but perhaps more important is that Xfinity doesn't have a Hotspot outage map. If you only have a wifi pass then save that email as it will allow you to report the location of the Hotspot with a technical issue.
