Xfinity pass wifi issue

I'm having issues connecting to the xfinity pass when im in my house it always had strong service now it not connecting and keep saying connection fail

@user_868094 Thanks for coming to the community and letting us know. The network may have been removed or moved. Try forgetting the network and joining again. Make sure you find the nearest network using this https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/network/map map, and then chat here https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/ for more instant support.

I did all of that and still having issues and low signal, never had this issue before using xfinity pass
