WiFi pass

My WiFi pass is not letting me connect to my second device please help as im a single mom

Sorry to hear you've been having issues connecting your second device. I know how important the internet can be for many households as well as my own, so I can completely understand your concern.

Make sure your login is correct. You might need to manage your registered devices. If you've reached the limit, you'll need to remove a device before adding a new one. You can manage your registered devices through the Xfinity App or online: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account. Let me know if this helps.
