Thank you for your response, however speeds aren't really the problem, even as i took this speedtest and i am receiving the right Download/Upload, i am still actively receiving packetloss and late packets.

For the better part of 5 years my internet has had packetloss most of the day making gaming and even streaming impossible at times. Multiple techs and router/modem swaps later it still isnt fixed. Thanks for the reply. From the deco app, it’s showing so assume that is taking directly from the router which is hardwired to the modem. My iPhone is getting around 700 down and 60 up as measured by Speedtest app.

I have multi gb WiFi using netgear cm3000 and deco be10000. I am pretty consistently getting 2.3 GB download to router but only 60 MB upload. Please let me know what may be causing and the fix. Thanks.

The Netgear CM3000 modem is now available directly from Netgear. Installed and provissioned mine last night. Seeing speedtest results of 950 Mbps downstream and 150 Mpbs upstream on a 800 Mbps plan.

All started working ok on 1/3/24 except for upload reported by xfinity speed test which shows 3.2 Mbps up. BUT if I goto speedtest.net shows upload(21.x) and download(900+) speeds correctly.
