Slow website

I have three and a half minute video of trying to log into Xfinity. It takes you through two factors authentication and then sits a spins for a full 40 seconds then says it has problem - "try again". After hitting that twice it logs you out and you do two factor authentication, again. This went on for over 3.5 minutes and i still couldnt get the basic account oage to load. Then these [Edited: Inflammatory] ask why my bill payments are late? In that video I did a speedtest and it was over 600MBPS. And the [Edited: Language] website can't load its landing page.

@user_pcu00h

What browser are you using?  If Chrome, have you tried another browser?

Cleared your cookies and cache?

Also, down at the very bottom of xfinity.com you'll see "Cookie Preferences"  You need to click on that and accept the cookies.

Hey there, user_pcu00h! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on Xfinity Forums. That certainly is not the experience we want for our website. Have you attempted any of the steps shared by @Again above?

Hi, This is almost becoming comical. The website is the issue its not browsers or cookies or adblockers or modems or P.C. or resetting google or Bing or cables Or evil spirits. it is the website. People should not have to spend 20 Min. on the website to check your account or pay your bill. Many people don't want to use the app or the phone to conduct business. This has been going on for way to long. I get it, they want people to use the phone app as do most company's do. So please just admit the website is the issue and fix it. I'm sure Xfinity can afford the upgrade it.

user_v3vx48 Thank you so much for your comment on the Xfinity website. I use the Xfinity site myself as well as help customers who use the website all day every day and it is not common to have issues and apologize for the experience.  The main issue any user has reported is when they have not accepted all the cookies for Xfinity.com. Located at the very bottom of the page the is a bar with the cookie preferences. Make sure you have accepted all cookies to ensure Xfinity.com can work as it should. If you accept all the cookies and are still running into issues with the site let us know what Browser you are using and if you have recently cleared the old cookies in your browser history to make sure the site is not retaining old information that can slow it down.

The Xfinity/Comcast website has been slow for as long as I can remember but it seems to have gotten worse.  I just changed my password and I'll bet it took 5 minutes.  Every new page takes 30-60 seconds to update.  On any other website, a password change takes less than a minute.  I have a 400Mbs connection.  It's got nothing to do with the cache or the browser or any other excuse Xfinity comes up with.
