Cannot rewind Xfinity Stream app on Apple TV

I recently activated Xfinity Stream as my TV provider and I use it through Apple TV. I have the current Xfinity Stream app and my Apple TV is updated to TVOs 18. I cannot rewind live tv on any channel. How do I fix this?

Yahoo Password Reset Emails not arriving

I need to reset my yahoo email password. When I request yahoo to send me a reset code, the email never arrives. Other emails send and arrive fine. S1E2 missing episode

We have Acorn TV through XFINITY. We can watch all episodes except Episode 2 of Season 1.  A search shows two different titles with the same synopsis but both require an additional payment.  This does not seem right to me.  It does not matter if I try to watch with XFINITY Stream on

Xfinity streaming app on iPhone stopped working

Xfinity Stream app stopped working

Xfinity Stream app suddenly missing channels, links go to wrong channels, and many say that we don't have access. Says to login to Xfinity. But the login dialog doesn't go anywhere. This happens on two different TV's (i.e. two different Amazon Fire Sticks). Exact same thing on both.

Constant Internet Outages

I don't think I've had a full week without any internet outages since I switched to Xfinity. Some are only a minute, but now they are getting longer. Mysterious problem with x1 box and remote

Last Saturday (10/5) - my X1 main cable box with DVR stopped responding to the remote. After 2-3 hours communicating with Xfinity Assistant and then human chat - it was decided that I needed a new box.  A technician came on Monday (10/7) and installed a new box and gave me a new remote.
