I Can't Talk To A Live Person
want to talk to a real person bec this
automated response isn't resolving my
issue. I have been overcharge on my account
and I want to know why and get my money
back. This is the third month is has
happened ! lf anyone knows how to get in
contact to resolve this please HELP ! If I can't I'll just have to cancel my xfinity plan.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support /articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill Has great information on how you can review your last 12 detailed PDF statements where it lists out all your detailed charges. Have you had a chance to review your last bills to see the charges on your account?
