Canceling internet service while abroad

I've recently moved out of the United States and my roommate is finishing our lease at the end of the month so I couldn't immediately cancel our service. Now I realized I need to call and cancel but I can't do it from abroad. Is there any way I can cancel without calling? I also am not receiving many helpful information from the 24/7 assistance.

Some customers can cancel their Xfinity services online at xfinity.com/cancel. You may be able to cancel one or more services (like internet, TV, or mobile) without calling or chatting.

Hello, there's no option of cancelling without scheduling a call or going into an xfinity store. There's only moving service, closing an account due to holder passing away, or pausing for a set period of time. I no longer have access to the phone number on my account or an American phone number.
