Xfinity Visual Voicemail No Longer Available

I'm using a carrier locked Galaxy S22 on Xfinity Mobile. I've been with this service for several phone generations and have always had access to visual voicemail though the Xfinity app, as recently as earlier this week. Acct phone number NOT updated in Billing

About 30 days ago I updated my mobile number in My Account. It works fine for 2FA. However it is not updated in Billing. I still get service related texts to that other mobile number. Also when I access the billing option on my set top box, it will only accept last 4 digits of OLD phone number. (

2 lines unlimited for 30 each = $80?

I upgraded to the 4th generation plan that is 2 lines unlimited for 30 each. When I go to my current cycle it says Unlimited (2 lines) $80.00. I was told that it would be $60. Now I have been on the phone for 2 hours and no one knows what to do. Anyone here that could help?

Its been 4 days waiting for a porting number from att , help!!!

I got a brand new iphone 14 promax and we need the number from att transfer to the new phone , its been now 4 days and im still waiting , is there anyone i can talk to so i can resolve this issue , i have seen that by law the transfer should be do e within 24hrs

SMTP settings in Outlook

I changed my service for a lower bill. I was sent a flex that I was not informed that I would be receiving. I do not want it. Also, the package it was delivered in was not sealed and open on one end. And my bill has not reflected the lower charge

Channel outage

Like the others reporting, almost all of my channels are gone with the exception of espn, TNT and a couple others. device unpauseable

I never rent a modem, always use my own. My account says "Customer Modem". But every 3-4 years they start billing me for it. How can I stop this? Thanks
