Devices not listed for returning equipment (getting return label)

You refuse to send me a Xi6 box because I don't have the approved rental modem you want me to use. I know they will work with newer modems and wifi systems, you just get a error that can be easily fixed. I needed a newer modem anyway for my system so I just ordered a NETGEAR Nighthawk Xfinity Modem
