Was I scammed in live chat?

During a chat today with a live agent in XFINITY ASSISTANT I was offered a watch promo. After I asked many questions I was sent the link below. Was this chat hacked?

Sure, to check for it, I need a few pieces of information from your end.

Ok

Now I am sharing a secure government link to authenticate the correct customer of the account. You need to fill in your SSN and DOB to verify your account.

NOTE: Please fill in the details and come back to the chat. Do not click on any other link once you have filled in the details.

Your personalized secure data link: https://iguard-po-1pp.slb.comcast.com:9443/ui?Fc1R7VdCdaxPKTYj6zJXRF

Please use this link to our secure information site to safely enter the requested information. I'll be available if you have any questions throughout the process

Please fill in the details and come back to the chat.

Good afternoon @user_da69f9. Thanks for taking the time to post here with your question. We typically use iGuard to capture a customer's sensitive information, so they do not have to type it out in a chat session or say it out loud when on the phone. Hopefully that helps to answer any questions you have about your interaction. Please let us know if you have any follow-up concerns.

If I provided my IMEI directly into the chat, is that safe?

Good morning user_qg6rwu. I hope you are doing well and having a great week. Thanks for asking about this on our Xfinity Forums. While the IMEI number is not something that can reveal personal details about yourself it is a sensitive number and specific to your device. We do ask for that number while working with customers in a direct message here on our Xfinity Forums. Our chat agents may also request that number to assist with a mobile issue that you may be reporting.
