Was I scammed in live chat?
During a chat today with a live agent in XFINITY ASSISTANT I was offered a watch promo. After I asked many questions I was sent the link below. Was this chat hacked?

We typically use iGuard to capture a customer's sensitive information, so they do not have to type it out in a chat session or say it out loud when on the phone.
