Message when trying to make outgoing calls "You mobile services have been limited due to an unpaid balance"

Here we go again. Today I am getting a message that I cannot make a call due to an unpaid balance. I know they are working on the network in my current area, but they said nothing about it affecting mobile service. My balance is paid in full and there are no charges on my account. Feel like we are back in the Comcast days.  On tap of that Assurant has denied my trade in due to the phone having "Physical Damage" Just received the phone back yesterday and the phone is in perfect shape, no damage. I am out $830 credit because I mailed it in instead of going to the store. I had 2 other phones on my account that I turned in at the store and received the credit with no problem. Assurant trade-in is a scam and a way for Xfinity Mobile to not give you the credit that you deserve. They need a better system. This is not over, I am heading to the Xfinity store today to try and trade it in there like I did with the other 2 phones.

After two trips to the store, the first one created an ECM ticket which was closed promptly. The resolution was taken back to the store, get pictures and create another ECM ticket to prove that it was in good working condition. The store took the pictures and created another ticket which was closed approximately three days later. The credit was applied to the account.

user_jsd080, Thanks for the update. We are happy to hear that you were able to receive a solution and have that credit applied after the trips to the store. While we have you would you like us to do an account review to ensure there aren't any additional hiccups and that you have the best plan for your household needs?

update: Phone is working now. After calling Xfinity support a simple airplane mode flip on the IPhone fixed the problem. While on the phone I asked about the trade in and there was no help. They suggested to go to the store and see if they can help. I'll update after I make the trip to the store.
