Need help with returning xFi Wi-Fi boost pod

Hello! I hope whoever reads this is doing well. I purchased one Wi-Fi boost pod recently and now want to exchange or return it. The reason is because I was sent a refurbished one which surprised me because there was no indication of the product I was purchasing being a refurbished version of it. I expected a new boost pod. I've been trying to return/exchange it, but xfinity hasn't contacted me about my return/exchange. I filled out the form twice for it and never got a response back.

Is it possible for me to do a return/exchange in-person at a xfinity store?

Hello, @user_q6qxjj Thank you for taking the time to post on our community forum. I hope you are doing well! Also, I know how important it is to make sure we get this resolved for you. You can take the XFI pod to your closest Xfinity store and they can assist you with a return or exchange. Does this clarify your question?

@XfinityAbby Hi Abby! Thank you for the quick reply, it helped answer my question. Do you know how long I have to return/exchange the xFi Wi-Fi boost pod? Is it like a month?
