Need help with returning xFi Wi-Fi boost pod

Hello! I hope whoever reads this is doing well. I purchased one Wi-Fi boost pod recently and now want to exchange or return it. The reason is because I was sent a refurbished one which surprised me because there was no indication of the product I was purchasing being a refurbished version of it. I expected a new boost pod. I've been trying to return/exchange it, but xfinity hasn't contacted me about my return/exchange. I filled out the form twice for it and never got a response back.

Is it possible for me to do a return/exchange in-person at a xfinity store?

You can take the XFI pod to your closest Xfinity store and they can assist you with a return or exchange. Does this clarify your question?

I have been trying to return an xFI POD I purchased on March 29, 2025, for over three months. My xFI POD died the week of April 21. I brought it to my Xfinity store in Orleans, Massachusetts, on Saturday, April 26th. They said that I couldn't return it there as the PODS are made by another company, and I needed to go online and fill out a form. I was not very happy, but I came home and filled out a form online from a page on the Xfinity website. It indicated I should hear from them within 3 days. After a week, I went online, filled out another form, and called customer service. Customer service was a joke, and getting an agent took over 30 minutes. I waited a few more weeks, and again, there was no response. I filled out a third form and fought to get to a live person at Xfinity service. She looked into my records and seemed very responsible. She saw the times I called and indicated that the link on the website might be the problem, so I guided her to the form I filled out. Then she said I would get a credit within the next two weeks. Well, here it is June 19th, and the only reason I haven't fought back earlier is because I have a major surgery on my spine, and I just got my strength back to continue this matter. I have been with Xfinity for over 20 years and think the service is a mess. Thanks, VTRMCNULTY
