Lost Ability to Control X1 Boxes with Remote App and Caller ID No Longer Shows

My old account was disconnected in April and put in a request for a refund on April 28th. I called May 3rd and was told that the refund was submitted to my card on May 4th. It is now May 16th and still no refund on my card. Do I have to get a lawyer? This is really ridiculous.
