picture and volume freezing, help

It happens spiritic, but when watching any program or channel, the picture will freeze, and volume gets cut out. Reminds me of the old dial up and buffering. I've tried restarting, refreshing and unplugging, nothing seems to help

Stuck at "ACP Application in Progress" since July 6th

I applied for the ACP through the national site, was approved by them, then filled out the Xfinity in early July that said I should hear more within 48 hours. On July 6th, I got two "order confirmation" emails that say my ACP application is in progress, but haven't heard anything since then.

Need to terminate internet plan because Xfinity is not serviceable at my unit

Home Security lost communication with touchscreen power adaptor

Recovering emails that I deleted that are over 60-90 days old.

How do I/can I recover emails that went to trash that are 60-90 days old? Apparently, I was sent some tickets that I had ordered and the transfer was made via a different party (the seller). I'm sure I thought it was spam when it came through.
