NFL Network Programming No Longer Available.
Our agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any other related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.
Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.
We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

I will leave Xfinity if you don't carry NFL Red Zone by the beginning of the 2026 NFL season.

I'm already upset with the constant disruption of my cable service especially this past year and Now NFL network is gone and the season is about to start. If it's not coming back, I will be searching for another cable provider that carries that and the other sports and teams I watch.

I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer for about 12 years. But this disagreement that they’re having with Disney and the loss of the red zone in the NFL network is driving me to consider dropping them.
I understand that ESPN is trying to price gouge Xfinity, but they have to come to some sort of solution.
Xfinity is a cable provider and if they’re not providing the services that their customers desire then what good are they?
If they can come to an agreement with the many ESPN channels, I cannot understand why they can’t figure out a way to make it work with ESPN owned NFL.
I heard one of the sticking points was the fact that ESPN wants Xfinity to move the NFL network to a lower tier channel so that everyone who has basic cable can get it.
I don’t know how that sounds like a bad idea and why Xfinity won’t budge so it’s more than than just ESPN. I’m asking for too much money. It seems Xfinity is being selfish and wants too much money themselves.

I am severely disappointed with the war with the NFL broadcasting situation. We bought the sports package to get the NFL Network and the Red Zone which my Wife and I have watched every Sunday for years. We recently moved to Albuquerque and thought there would be no trouble once we set up our cable package. Obviously this is a major disappointment. I really do not know who is to blame, but if ESPN Network is charging what Xfinity says is unreasonable, then Xfinity needs to figure out how to still bring the NFL and Red Zone to its customers. This is either by sending a letter to people stating there is a slight price increase or keep the price the same and cut channels that are just garbage, and there are a lot. The NFL is also to blame in their greed. They have more and more games on diffrent nights; this is OK but we have to buy more streaming to see the games. It looks like the NFL has their hands in a lot of peoples pockets and seems to be stronger than our government. Face it folks, the NFL doesn't care about the individual - look at the cost of going to a game, the merchandise and other items. Really, I am a Baseball guy and they are getting bad too, but, so far they aren't [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] the fans as bad yet. We'll see what their bargaining agreement comes up with on December 1. Either way between the NFL (who is the worst of the bad guys) and Xfinity we have to realize we are just the innocent victims.

As it is the off season, I just realized Xfinity ended its contract with the NFL Networks. One of the few reasons I have stayed with Xfinity rather than moving to cheaper solutions is the sports coverage. I pay just under $350 per month to Xfinity, I think that is an outrageous price, but I was willing to pay it for the channels and service I received. If these networks are not brought back by the beginning of the regular season, I will be exploring canceling my service and moving to a less expensive provider who does carry them.

You are quickly running out of time to fix your contract issues and bring back the NFL network before the football season starts again. It [Edited: "Language"] not having it during the off season. I really like good morning football and some of their other content, but it will be unacceptable not having when the season starts. I understand you have to negotiate prices and that is not always an easy task. What you need to understand, is this is the exact same reason I left ATT back in 2019 when they lost the NFL network as a part of their Uverse/DirectTV package. I have been a comcast member ever since then. If you cannot provide the services I want, and I pay for already, then I will be leaving Xfinity as well and switching to Youtube TV. If I have to go through all that nonsense, you can be assured I will be finding another Internet Service Provider as well. The choice is yours. Resolve your contract issues by September 2026 or lose a client.

We pay for the sports package, specifically for the NFL Network and Red Zone. Not having the channels is causing us to consider using another provider even though we’ve been with Xfinity for more than 20 years. And Xfinity hasn’t proactively offered any refunds for not getting the channels we PAY for. We should all have been receiving a refund monthly (since April). Bad customer service can make or break a business.
