Food network

I can’t get Food Network. It is listed in the guide under “free to me.” When I try to go to it it says sorry there’s an issue and if I’ve made changes to my account that they may still be processing. I have not made changes to my account. Did they take Food Network away from me?

There's no closed captions on Food Network and HGTV channel today - it is fine on other channels

Closed captions are not being displayed on any of the shows on the Food Network and HGTV channels. This started today. I checked with my sister who lives an hour away if she was experiencing the same issue, and she is. I am Deaf and I rely on cc. Not to mention, I pay a lot of money for your service

I too keep having the same issues. Mainly with Discovery ID, AMC, E, Discovery, Food Network etc… It looks like when bad weather comes in and I have a satellite.

Xfinity’s own “Help Desk” is telling me Discovery+, which includes HGTV, Food Network and DIY, will spin off into a Hulu type channel the beginning of January - into a streaming network. Meaning - if you only watch that network - you can pay $4.99/mo
