There's no closed captions on Food Network and HGTV channel today - it is fine on other channels
Closed captions are not being displayed on any of the shows on the Food Network and HGTV channels. This started today. I checked with my sister who lives an hour away if she was experiencing the same issue, and she is. I am Deaf and I rely on cc. Not to mention, I pay a lot of money for your services so this is not acceptable. Please fix it so I can have access to my favorite shows on both channels.
