DVR Recording Audio cutting out

On our Food Network recordings, the sound cuts out for about 10 seconds every few minutes. Not sure how to fix.

Good afternoon user_816e5b. Thank you for reaching out through our Xfinity Community Forum. I can see where that would be frustrating if you are watching a program. I have a couple questions to help me better understand. I know you mentioned Food Network recordings, is it all recordings from that channel? Or just a specific program? Are you seeing audio issues on any other recordings from other channels?

It was happening on two different shows we record. I can test with another channel, but currently don’t have any other recordings.

Can you record a show on a different channel so we can check to see if this is happening on other channels? Are you using a 4K DVR box? @user_816e5b

The Disney Channel recording from this morning seems fine. Going to watch a few more Food Network recordings to see if it continues to happen on that channel.

Yesterdays playback was without audio cut out. Hopefully it was just the older recordings or something one off. I will leave it for now and post again if the issue comes back.
