Porting Verizon Voicemail

Added 3 new lines ---one line will not release Verizon as the former carrier. It says Carrier - Call. HBOMax won't load on 1 of my tv

One of my TV's HBOMax app won't load. This is a recent issue. I tried restarting the box and, when that didn't work, I did a System refresh and that also didn't work.
