Moca connection stopped working after unplug
I have had a moca setup working for the past 3 years and now after unplugging the modem, netgear C6300, the moca no longer detects internet on the other end, a belkin ac1900. 2 Gocoax moca adapters with all lights on. The belkin detects the network but it says no internet/ip configuration failed

Intermittent disconnects since downgrading plan 30 days ago. Extremely poor customer support on the issue.
I have been with Xfinity since 2020, have had the occasional outage, but nothing too serious or common to note. As of Jan 25th, I downgraded my plan as I am no longer fully utilizing what I am paying for. Since then, my internet service will fairly commonly drop, then come back after 2 to 5 minutes.

@pogie1 That's BS on the Netgear EQ as Comcast certifies other routers for use in the system and gives it the stamp of approval. I'm just amazed that they haven't figured it how to correct this issue by now as I'm sure its been escalated. Mayb

Internet keeps dropping

Speeds aren’t what I’m paying for.
I have a netgear modem and router and paid for 1GB aka 1000mbps on xfinity internet and we tested speed and it is only 270mbps for download speeds. This is terrible and a rip off if there is nothing we can do to fix it without having to pay 100 dollars per visit from technicians multiple times.
