26 days without internet

Remote will not allow for TV play from paused spot. It goes to live TV when I select play from pause after pausing live TV.e TV.

Device not listed in Connected Devices on Xfinity App

I'm trying to port forward to an IP camera that has a dedicated ethernet LAN IP connection. The device shows up in the gateway admin as an offline device, but it's connected and I can use/access the camera if I'm on my local network.  It does not show up by name, only by the MAC address.

Volume keeps going off and on

On channel 5 the volume keeps cutting off then stays off for 44 secs. then comes back on. It's happening on all of our tvs. Just started happening we have not changed anything.
