Is it really booming or just bombing in style

Do not select the tag for customer service hashtag terrible whatever it is because as soon as you do it will completely kill your review and make you restart just for people that need to know but my complaint is the constant having to get the same issue fixed over and over I've had them for over 5 years and every 4 to 6 months I get the same issue TV starts pixelating a little bit and then it gets to the point was pixelated so bad that it'll boot you off that channel and to another channel and then it will do it on that channel and yeah so this time I went and I did the online whatever troubleshooting and it made me do it a couple times and then it finally set me up an appointment with somebody to come out a week later then I get a call about an hour after that from their advanced technical department [Edited: "Inflammatory"] there is because I was only having problems with the pixelations then they do their troubleshooting okay everything should good how is it I have no TV service at all and it keeps telling me I need to refresh it redo it blah blah and on top of it now you guys also killed my internet completely too oh click phone hangs up wait a minute see if you guys actually going to call back half hour goes past nope no call back so I call him back this evening and then when I get the same messages after she's supposedly tries it I get a  well I'm going to set this back we're out for a call back in an hour to 2 hours give me a chance to work on this issue see if I can improve it and fix it you will hear from me in the late later than 2 hours anytime I have got them to tell me they're going to give me a call back I have never received a call back ever so the part that makes us more annoying than anything is a fact that they pulled a really [Edited: Language] thing and it's given benefit out and decides to work with him so what happened is I had a couple surgeries got behind on my bill was talking with him for about a week and they said that they can set up a payment arrangements you know 12 months guess the day of the building and I'm like paint so what's going on this isn't going through yet it needs to be done today because if not my service is going to be shut off they tell me okay go to the store and they'll get to work out for you all right go to the store guy spins about half hour on it it says okay I got it all worked out for you but I do need just need you to swap out your equipment yeah cuz he need new updated equipment okay is it was just kind of weird so we go do that bring the equipment back to days later I go check to see my cameras working it says I don't have that service at all so I called them to try to figure out what's going on well you don't have it you never had it on this plan what's the plan are you guys talking about so come to find out what's a dude did at the store was he hard disconnected all my services and then completely restarted a new plan underneath it but only gave me the two services that the TV and internet so I call file complain blah blah and they told me okay well we can fix this you just need to pay the past due amount on the other Bill plus the fees and also pay your new bill all up and then we could try to piece everything together but just so you know your bills going to be more expensive because you were grandfathered in and we can't give you that plan now which I was fighting and I told them well how's that because I didn't okay those changes and so it turned into a oh yeah this guy [Edited: Language] but we're not going to admit it we're just going to pass it off so instead of trying to work with me on the bill still cuz I told him okay well can you just split up and payments and we'll just take care of that to you whatever no we can't do this got to be painful really well then I'm not paying it so they hurry if it threw it on my in collections hit my you know credit trash my credit drop me a little late close to 100 points been still trying to work with him on it and so far I have got nothing I get pushed to this department or knows that department and it's just been a complete runaround so that was the big thing but yet I still decide to work with them I could have just said no we're done shut it off so after all that still having to redo everything every 4 to 6 months because it keeps having the same issue and they want to come out and abandoned on it and by Band-Aid I mean they come swap out my equipment they come and rewire the outside of the house and yet nothing gets fixed it works for a couple months and then like I said it starts going right back. So all I can really tell you guys is honestly if you have to go to a store or whatever make sure you completely see everything that they are doing because obviously they have no problem committing fraud cuz that's what it is when you set up an account without the customers okay or telling him fully what you're doing I got told that I was being set up on the payment arrangement that's why I had a zero to bill to start. When did all the guys doing was going out of his way to lie to me the whole time I was in the store and the worst part about it all these guys like okay so give it 24 hours you know maybe you might take that long for everything to come back online and then if not come back in come talk to me and we'll get it worked out the guy went on vacation the very next day and then when I did find out I went filed a complaint with the store everything else do you think they try to fix it nope they fired the guy and put all liability on him and has proceeded with it ever since the whole credit part is they put it on my credit I filed it as fraud they quickly removed it and then sold it to another company for them just to put it back on my account again so like I said the first time I took a hit on the whole credit score when they removed it I got I think 40 something points back of the original almost 100 it took but then when they resubmitted it it took a whole new chunk out of it again so it's been a oh put on this credit removed from the credit so every time they've done it now it's taking a huge chunk and I get a portion back when they remove it and for everybody who knows how hard credit is to build 100 points is not that easy to come back from especially when it's happened multiple times I went from over 700 score to I think it was a 5:20 which [Edited: Language] me on a lot of things and do you think they still take accountability for this nope it's just like with all the times that my stuff has been down no services do you think that they would compensate you for that time or give you some sort of credit never not once have I got a credit so just like now I guarantee by the time they show up here which would be 6 days I won't see anything which is kind of [Edited: Language] up

So just an update on the billing issue so I was finally put in contact with I guess the government agency that watches the services so I have to use whole jump through the hoop thing and we'll see how it goes from there
