Xfinity says Starter kit arrives tomorrow but hasn't shipped?

I called in on 9/6 and placed an order to have internet service start on 9/12, and called in again yesterday (9/9) to check in and was told the kit should arrive on Sunday the 11th. I still have not received a shipping email so I'm not sure I believe that the kit will arrive tomorrow, but I am hopef

How do I reconnect devices that were connected

I had my TV and my game console connected and out of nowhere they just became unconnected and I have tried to reset my modem I've unplugged them and they're still not working!!! Is there an add devices setting in the xfinity app

I'm stuck in an infinity login loop

I try to login to the app and I get 'You're already signed in as:" and then my email. I hit "continue" and it takes me back to the same page or it closes the window. I've tried logging out of all devices and then trying to log in again. I've tried resetting the app. I've tried resetting my phone.

POP 3 Email down for days

I have Outlook and last week my POP 3 email downloads stopped, except for a spontaneous burst on Sunday morning. I'm still able to send emails as before. Did Comcast drop POP 3 email access?

Rewards page is not available
