Disaster of service..They canceled me
Can I please get some help. I called in 2 weeks ago about my account going off promotion (Internet) I currently have Mobile with you and internet. I called in and the agent said she got me on a new promo and canceled my Internet with you guys and set me up with a new account. I called in again to get some clarity and he fixed my account and finds out he set me up with an account. I called in after I got an email and that person set me up with a new account. I then went to xfinity store and they canceled 3 accounts that was set up. Then after that only had mobile service. I get a email saying it will be canceled if I dont have internet. So I called back and the agent said he fixed it all. Well He has my mobile on one account and then internet on another account.. Can someone please help me merge them because I have zero access to anything site of your it keeps saying.. It been like this for a week
