If you want to keep using your @comcast.net email, use a third party email app like @XfinityThomasB mentioned.  While you can use Outlook, I recommend using Thunderbird.  There are no ads!  If you happen to use Firefox as your browser, Thunderbird is created by the same company, Mozilla.

Unfortunately, once you've moved to Yahoo! Mail there is no going back to Xfinity.  You can always ditch your @comcast.net email address and move to another service.

user_p4d99w Unfortunately, there is not an option to go back to Xfinity email once you have fully transitioned.

user_p4d99w Very sorry that you are not having a good experience with the Yahoo system. You can always use an email client on your device to interface with the email, something like Outlook.

user_p4d99w Awesome! Other than the email, how are your other services meeting your needs? We have some pretty awesome new internet options, and also our Xfinity Mobile services, just as a heads-up 😀👍

I know, I used to use Xfinity internet before we moved, and unfortunately there is no Xfinity support in our area.

I also hate the move and want to move back.  When on a public computer you can not open attachments like I could on Xfinity.  Yahoo [Edited: "Language"] and simply does not work for my needs.  Thanks Xfinity for this horrible experience.
