I agree. There should be a rebate for every day NFL network is not being shown. We pay big money for NFL  network and red zone. (Yes, I know red zone only on Sunday's during the season)

Although, rather than a refund, I just really want them back .....

Were is my Credit for Losing the NFL Network and Redzone. due to incompetence Negotiating skills,  You knew tis was going to happen on 4/30 yet you did nothing to resolve the conflect.
as stated above. I pay way to much every month to continue to loase channels in my channel lineup/ sports package. This happened with cinemax, etc. and several other channels that comcast no longer broadcasts.  I blame ESPN and Disney also,  I had ESPN+subscription and that went away when ESPN+, Hulu and Disney merged to a package streaming deal  problem is I already a subscription for Hulu and Disney + and now you want to make me resubscribe at a higher price since you merged these. Corporate greed is pathetic  I demand a Credit,

Hello @jasonm71 I certainly understand how frustrating it can be to lose the content you enjoy. While we still hope to come to a reasonable deal with ESPN/Disney before the upcoming season, we are not currently offering credits at this time. If a new agreement with Disney/ESPN, the owners of NFL Network and NFL RedZone, isn’t reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated.

Copy that. I will also be reevaluating whether to keep Comcast/Xfinity.

@XfinityMatthew  I pay for the sports package that included Redzone and NFL Network.. 2 channels that are no longer included.
at the very least I would expected the Sports Package charge to be lower. You are not replacing these channels with anything Less service

I should be paying less for the package. For the past 2 years, I have seen this same secenero with Cinemax, and other channels that were in
my plan.  Yet Xfinity instead of lowering my bill keeps jacking the price up.  Make this make sense to me.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be inconvenient. Thank you for understanding. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

Whatever,  answer the question. Reduced service, Sports package price should also be reduced for losing 2 channels. I and so many others are tired of your cut and past responses, You continue to abuse your paying customers.  [Edited: "Language"] , all my premium channels.  are streamed now through Comcast. So I pay for the premium channels, and I have to stream to get. that uses up my allowable Internet usage. Double dip much. Your company is becoming a joke. Keep [Edited: "Language"] your loyal customers and increasig our bills with less channels and find out what happens.  There are other options and my loyalty goes as far has your Loyalty.  ZERO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@10909090 Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Define "fair pricing". Because you are not giving customers "fair pricing" and haven't in a long time.

Many of us are paying $300 a month for data capped internet and 11 fewer channels this year than last year. By "fair pricing" I assume you mean paying content creators less so that Comcast makes more money to pay off their huge debt. This has nothing to do with customers, we're just the ones who pay the bills and get the shaft. Every time.

If you came to my business and purchased goods and services and was charging you a set amount, and the next month/s you ordered the same goods and services but there was fewer items and/or less service YOU certainly would not call that a fair deal just because we provide quality goods/services to you. You would call that a price increase. LESS products or service for the same price would make you angry like your customers are. You have kicked the hornets nest and will be stung by losing a boatload of loyal customers that won't come back. Currently you are fortunate that the NFL season is about  3 months away. In the meantime you should attach least issue credits of somewhere better $20 - $40 to all that are currently paying for the programming. As of today, Xfinity is worth 91.5 billion dollars, you are wasting more money in time and headaches trying to gloss over the situation instead of just issuing monthly credits until you you sign the deal with Disney/ESPN and potentially losing millions of subscribers. We all are awaiting your next move before we actually leave and go elsewhere. I have been with you all for 35+ years, heed the warning.

I have been a loyal Comcast’s customer for decades.  Losing the NFL network and the Red Zone will be the reason I leave cable and get my tv entertainment through streaming services. With increased pricing and lower quality programming, the decision to finally leave cable will be that much easier to make. Fix it or I’m gone along with millions of other football fans.
