Data Usage Spike
I am experiencing the same issue as those cited below. I would like some assistance please in looking into the data usage spike in efforts to not be charged overage fees. I have spoken with the CSA team over the phone multiple times to no avail. I have changed my password and am monitoring the devices connected to my router and none are foreign to my personal use. It seems to have been admitted in a number of other threads this is an internal engineering issue and I was hoping I and others could gain assistance with this.
