DVR not recording

DVR is not recording my shows and says I have nothing scheduled.

A tech rep from xfinity helped me today. My problem was resolved by going into setting then device setup and then sync dvr.

A tech rep from Xfinity helped me today. My problem was resolved by going into setting and under device setting clicked on sync dvr.
