All of my scheduled recording are gone

All of my scheduled re ords have all feen deleted and not by myself....is there something wrong wirh my DVR

This happened to me - sometime between Midnight last night and Noon today all my scheduled recordings disappeared. Found the fix on another thread:

Using the Xfinity remote:

1. Click Xfinity button

2. Select settings (the gear icon)

3. Select Device Settings

4. Select Sync DVR

I am sorry that you are having trouble accessing your recordings, we are here to help. Have you tried to reboot the box, by unplugging it, and allowing it to reset itself? If not I recommend starting there. Please let us know if this helps. -

I've tried refresh the system and sync the dvr and the scheduled recordings only show for the next day, all other scheduled recordings are gone.

I can see how that would be frustrating. Is this happening with series recordings as well as one-time recordings?

What a joke. I’m on the phone with Xfinity support and the are literally telling me recording programs is NOT a capability of the Xfinity stream app. Ha!!  They said the app is only capable of playing back recording, that’s why I am unable to initiate a recording and that’s why “scheduled recordings” is blank.  Wow.  Really???
