Please explain why I can get HBO Go on my Android or Apple devices but NOT on the ROKU. Verizon FIOS offers it, along with almost every cable provider in the country except one of the biggest - Comcast/Xfinity. Please consider being added as a cable

keep getting error 14001 on my ipad saying I need to update. Go to app store and it just says "open", not get or update. Still works okay on my phone. Any ideas?

Trying to connect iPad and work cell with no luck

Get an error that says this net work is operating on Wi-Fi channels and used by several other nearby networks restarting your wireless router mail out to automatically choose the best channel. Use a Main resolve this problem. I’ve restarted several times. No luck.

Yes, I would like to know the same thing! Why no ROKU. I see XBox is a choice for set up on HBO GO with Xfinity, but no ROKU! Not very competitive of Comcast!

Throwing in my support for Comcast authorizing HBO go on the Roku as well. Even willing to loan you guys lube and the equipment necessary to PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR *** that is all.

Funny thing is if Direct Tv were to announce they would allow for HBO Go access on Roku I would jump on the chance to switch. AT&T U-Verse is still not availbale in my area.

Why can I not log into a Starz account on my X1?

Yeah whats up with that........I have set up my PC to watch hbogo but the ROKU cant activate the service because apparently Comcast doesnot support the service...I think the next complaint should go to HBO for a rebate or fix.....

While watching recorded shows on my iPad, the picture freezes and the audio continues. It’s happening to my roommate on her device also so it’s not my iPad. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no resolution.
