Trying to connect iPad and work cell with no luck

Get an error that says this net work is operating on Wi-Fi channels and used by several other nearby networks restarting your wireless router mail out to automatically choose the best channel. Use a Main resolve this problem.

I’ve restarted several times. No luck.

Greetings, @user_3e45d6. We are happy to help with getting your iPad and cell phone connected. Restarting the modem was a great place to start! Are you connecting to your home network or one of the Xfinity WiFi Hotspots? Have you tried clearing the cookies/history on your devices, restarting them, and then trying to connect to the network once again?
