Same here. Can't get in touch with Xfinity support via the XFi app nor can I troubleshoot through the TV. Internet seems fine, but entire channel listing is gone and the TV keeps trying to load the channel.

Glad to know it's not just me then. I'm experiencing the same issues. TV was working fine about an hour ago, now it's just trying to load the channels. Internet is fine, though. Even tried rebooting my cable box and still the same issue. I also can't get the customer Support page up on the website and the app just says something went wrong.
I'm in Taunton, Massachusetts, my TV has been out for about 45 minutes.Can I get in touch with customer service?I have a notice on the screen that says we're having trouble on our end with the code of x r e 000021
Hello, @user_es2i87 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I've been working with some other customers who have been experiencing the same TV issues, and noticed mine was having issues for a while as well.
Mine is currently working (minus some guide features), and have gotten reports from others that there's are starting to come back as well. Please let me know if you're still experiencing issues, I'd definitely like to investigate further if needed.

@user_oedm9c Apparently it was nationwide. You heard what we were thinking. Our cable TV just came back online a few mins ago. No impact to internet or live streams thru xfi online account. Xfi mobile app 1st said NO outage, try this... then once I upgraded the app I get the status of investigating outage in process. Serenity NOW !
Been out of TV here in Northern California since about 1:00pm. Have Internet, but TV does not load. Can still watch pre-recorded shows on my DVR, but nothing live.

What’s showing on your screen right now, like an error message, code, or just a blank screen? Is it affecting one TV or all TVs in your home?
Also, are your other Xfinity services like internet or phone still working?
For a quick check, you can open the Xfinity App to see if there are any known service interruptions in your area and get the latest updates.
