Verification

Express Scripts now requires 2 factor authentication. They have my correct comcast email to send a code but the verification code never arrives in my inbox. What can I do?  It is not in junk or spam. I had this problem with a VPN company in the past and had to change to my gmail address.

X pods move to another house

I have two Xfinity accounts. At one we changed from gen 1 to gen 2 pods. I want to use my gen 1 pods at the other house that still has gen 1 pods. Do I need to reset them to move?
