I can’t pay my bill online and I am no longer in the US

I have the same problem as described here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/i-cannot-make-a-payment-online-or-using-the-xfinity-app/6521c3f7697e8c6b344608b5

Since I am in another country, I can’t go to a store or send a check.
