My equipment is not showing up to return

I recently switched from a Xfinity post paid account to Xfinity NOW prepaid account.  I am trying to print a label to return my rented modem.  It does not show up on my list of devices to be able to print a return label.  There is not an Xfinity store or UPS store near me.  How do I get this equipment returned????  I spoke with an agent who was sending a technician in the area to pick it up, and no one every showed up at the appointment time.  In the mean time, I'm sure i'll be charged for the equipment rental fee.  This is getting ridiculous.  No one can send me a label?

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
