Not able to access parental controls and wifi password option after recent modem change by a technician

I am not able to access my wifi passwords or parental controls after technician changed the modem following a complaint of low speed.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I see you aren't able to access the parental controls or manage the network online since you got the new device. I can certainly understand how this would be frustrating. Especially when you rely on these functions daily. I have seen this before, and it can stem from the device not being fully provisioned (updated with your service details) after the swap. That said, I can help do this on my end. Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
