Slow Download Speed on Dell
I pay for 600Mbps. Everything works fine on my network except 2 Dell computers (1pc & 1 Laptop) They both only show about 50Mbps download. They have the correct upload speeds. I have already removed the Smartbytes programs. Before that I couldn't even get to 50mbps.

xFi panel showing "Ghost" Devices
Earlier I accidently connected the same PC to the gateway with two different methods (Ethernet and Wifi). Charged after I cancelled act & returned equipment
On 2/23 I cancelled service effective 3/2. Xfinity drafted $88.61 for full month on 3/9. Since my account is cancelled, Xfinity auto-answer system doesn't recognize my account number or contact info so I cannot get to customer service and get a refund. Had no intention of “loaning” Xfinity $88.61.
