@XfinityBradM​ I have tried this number. It’s a phone tree that loops until it hangs up on you. How do I navigate it?

You'll want to respond to the prompts appropriately and follow all of the instructions provided with the prompts. Another great option to work with one of our representatives would be to use our Xfinity Assistant and get connected to a representative through live chat. Live chat doesn't get you to an agent and the phone number ends up hanging up on you without sending the text it says it's sending

Xfinity has the WORST customer service.  They put you in a call loop and the automated system hung up on me THREE times just trying to get to a representative

Really, the system and customer service sucks ! MAYBE get to talk to a live pets after 45 minutes who can’t speak English and can’t solve your issues ! The worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with, congratulations

This is ridiculous. I’m literally trying to speak to a live agent and I can’t all I have. Is this stupid AI chat and I’m just so annoyed. I need to speak to a representative. Why can’t I do that? this is insane

I asked to speak to a live representative and all you guys keep telling me is to pay my bill. I know that already I need more assistance than just telling me that my bill is disconnected. This is so annoying and so unprofessional in so many ways like how unhelpful is this stupid chat this chat is not helpful at all

I just spent a half hour trying to get someone through the phone and through the assistant. The assistant cannot help me. The phone tree doesn’t have the option I need. Saying representative and pressing 0 does nothing. This is seriously ridiculous.

I sent a direct message to you guys to Xfinity support and no one will respond to me.  The ai assistant will not connect me to any live agent.  I REALLY need to talk to a human being PLEASE!

That the fake typing sound in the background of a 2009 Chatbot is insulting to the caller. How embarrassing for the person that thought this was a good idea.
