Replacement ordered, not received, and no refund provided

As the subject line states I ordered a phone on 3/8/2025. Not to mention i had to go through the random inconvenience of the identity verification before processing the order. I only ordered the phone b/c also randomly my current phone stopped working on the Xfinity mobile network. Works fine on wifi and using call/video chat apps. Still knowing it was a network issue, i ordered a new phone and had to pay almost $400 upfont onlt to have it not delivered by FedEx, still no refund or phone and it's 3/30. I keep getting the run around with no resolution all while still getting charged on my bill for the service I can't use and future payments on a device I don't have. I've been told and handled similarly to others that have had this issue with Xfinity mobile. Please truly resolve this issue as stated on one of the numerous times I've reached out to you all.
