Is there a way to duplicate my Outlook 2016 folders in webmail in Xfinity connect?

I use Safe PST to backup my Outlook 2016 .pst files every day. I had a big issue with content of a folder and its subfolders disappearing and their support team 'took over' my pc and worked on the problem.  They do it so fast its hard to keep up but they did something and opened up my Xfinity
