Activate Your Peacock Premium Plan – Update from Xfinity
We’re happy to share that Xfinity has enhanced the Peacock activation experience for customers currently eligible for Peacock Premium at no extra cost. To activate your plan, follow these steps:
- Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Select the Activate Peacock button. You’ll be directed to peacocktv.com.
- Enter an email address and password to set up your Peacock account.
That’s it! With Peacock Premium, you can stream hit movies, live sports – like a professional football game only available on Peacock on December 23 & January 13* – exclusive Originals, and so much more. (*For details, visit peacocktv.com/NFL.)

My bill says I get Peacock Premium free but like others when trying to activate, can only get it when billed for $5.99. Missing the game too!!

Responding to an Xfinity ad post locking us into something we cannot get out of. I'm not seeing Xfinity tech support realizing the problem of DELETING the Peacock Premium offer once established. There is no way to perform that, nor does Xfinity customer service seem to realize the difference between a workaround to acquire a higher no-ad Peacock package (i.e. dumb create a new ID?), and those of us who wish to completely cancel Peacock Premium (free for 2 years with 1 Gigabit internet package) to avoid potential future charges or for any other personal reasons. Can't you see the difference? In any case, I am stuck inside a time-constrained offer that will expire, and I want out before it does expire, and no amount of personal work back and forth between Peacock web site, Xfinity web site, or customer service leads to a solution. This is ridiculous.

Same. Could not subscribe even though I pay for gigabit service. Tried to watch the game, support couldn’t help me, even after two representatives. Support said they’d escalate, but they never did. Super unhappy, but this is what you can expect from Xfinity service. Still can’t watch.

I am supposed to get Peacock Premium at no additional charge through 09/2025. When I sign it it wants me to pay $5.99 to upgrade to Premium service in order to watch the Traiters Season 2. I have already been watching Premium service until today. What happened?

I'm supposed to get Peacock Premium for free as part of Subscribing to NOW. I followed the instructions, went to the activate link, and it says I'm already activated. I go to Peacock and I only have the basic programming, and it asks me if I want to upgrade to Peacock Premium for $5.99 a month???? Frustrated.

Peacock is not free. I followed the instructions and was prompted to pick a payment plan. It’s false advertising I’m not surprised at since our “Data Usage” is straight up thievery; how can a household use 80gb in 24 hours?? You do what you do because you can… for a season.

Hello, I am a diamond-level Rewards member but when I try to register for Peacock Premium using the link featured at the top of this post, I get an error message saying that my account is not eligible. Please help!
