Unable to pay bill online
The website is broken, on every browser. Upon clicking "pay bill" it redirects to 'https://payments.xfinity.com/new', flashes some normal-looking page for a split second but then turns to a blank white page displaying nothing.

Problem dates back at least 7 months based on the dates in some of those posts yet it's still not fixed, and, as far as I know, no attempts have been made to fix it.
Just one question... how much money and man-hours does it take to screw up the most basic functionality of a website for a telecom company? Because I'm telling you right now I could probably fix it myself for like 20 bucks. Embarrassing.

What is with this stupid bill pay page not working? This is the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced. It's ridiculous that you removed the pay without signing in feature and now you make it so that you can't even pay after signing in.

I'm am ALSO having the exact same issue as described... THE EXACT THE SAME PROBLEM. When will this problem be resolved?
I have tried on 2 laptops, 1 desktop, and 1 work computer also a desktop all with the same issue Upon clicking "pay bill" it redirects to 'https://payments.xfinity.com/new', flashes some normal-looking page for a quick split second but then turns to a blank white page displaying nothing. Caches and cookies have been cleared. Using chrome, safari, and firefox web browsers. No error messages are displayed, just a blank white page that you can scroll up and down on.
The only way I have been able to pay is through the Xfinity app.

Having same issue. Only resolution was to go into incognito mode. The bill pay feature should be basic html to accommodate all browsers etc. First company I've ever had a challenge paying my bill.

Have been having this issue from month 1 with you guys trying to pay online. Constant Access Denied messages, this has been for over 6 months. Very frustrating to hear the same thing from you web guys saying sorry to hear, can you give more info on this.
There are hundreds of people that actually are taking the time to tell you there is an issue with your site and online payment but yet nothing has been fixed. Company this big should be ashamed they can't figure it out. I'm sure you'd have no issue charging the late fee if I don't pay the bill on time due to your ineptitude.
Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can move to something better and never look back.

Same issue here. Looks like tracking and xss protection causing an issue as well as a 404.

Same issue here. When I try to pay my bill I get
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://payments.xfinity.com/new" on this server.

However, I have two factor authentication turned on my account and it is not sending out the text to my phone like usual. I did work when I went on incognito mode. Maybe try to fix this? It worked fine for the last few years I've been making payments. Seems like something broke.
