Billing Information Won't Load

I have been attempting to view my billing information, but everytime I login it just won't load. It will get to the billing screen and just show empty pale grey boxes. I want to see my billing information and history.

@user_1d3484 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience. Please clear the cache and cookies, then close all browser tabs. You may even need to restart the device. Do you have this issue on one browser or multiple? Also, are you using the Xfinity app or online service?

@XfinityHeather Hello, this is happening on both Google chrome and Microsoft edge. I have been logging in online, not with the mobile app. It's happening both on my phone and on the computer, so it doesn't seem like the device is the issue.

@user_1d3484

Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send us a direct message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve tried this on multiple devices and still, the same issue.
