Damaged Comcast equipment box located on the Street in my neighborhood.

Our garbage truck backed over the comcast pedestal at the end of our street and damaged It heavily.  All of the cables are open to elements.  I have had no luck contacting human at comcast to report issue.  I can send pictures and provide address if anyone at comcast wants it.

There is a damaged Comcast pedestal in my neighborhood. Don’t know how happened, but has been this way for months with wires exposed.

Hi! We have this same problem. Some workers cutting down a tree didn’t notice the box and a limb fell on it. The top of outdoor box is busted, exposing the cables. I haven’t been able to reach an in person representative to report the issue. Can you help me?

My neighbor ran through my yard and damaged the comcast box by the street.  All of the cables are open to the elements.  I can provide the address.

Hi. I am moving into a new house and discovered that the Comcast box for multiple homes is in our yard. The box has been pushed out from tree root growth. Also not having luck getting a human on the line to report the maintenance issue. Could I please get some help?

Back in March one of the homeowners reported that the pedestal box was damaged and a hazard to children playing near it. An Xfinity tech removed the box and left a Comcast labeled cone near the termination node and attached wiring. The wiring and the termination block are now exposed to sprinklers and UV light, and possible damage from landscaping equipment. I have contacted Xfinity two times about the missing pedestal box in our townhouse development. To my knowledge no one has ever showed up from Xfinity to address the situation nor has contacted me about this concern.

Hello. My neighborhood has at least two equipment boxes with open covers and exposed wires. I have photos that I can share. I tried following the procedure outlined above, but I see no "Peer to peer chat icon in the upper right corner of this page". There are only two icons - (1) notifications and (2) user account (which gives access to profile, settings, and signing out). Next steps for reporting these equipment boxes?

Okay I did reach out with a Private Chat Message as you suggested. This is what I got back:

"Hi there, thanks for reaching out regarding the exposed pedestals in question. We'd love to help. Please be reminded that sending unsolicited private messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Help & Support Forums, is a violation of Forum Guidelines. Can you first please create a public message thread on our Community Forums so that we can assist you here going forward per our guidelines? Thanks so much for bearing with us throughout this process! "

Subsequently, I did provide this link for reference, and a ticket was created.
